On my way from Puerto varas - Puerto Montt to Castro I stopped for a few hour to se some of this town. I had my first "Curanto" over there. It was a mix of mussles, chicken, smoked pork, smoked sausage, potatoes and two tifferent typ of dumplings.
Auf dem Wegvon Puerto Varas - Puerto Montt nach Castro hielt ich mich ein paar Stunden in Ancud auf und schaute mir die Stadt etwas an. Zum erstenmal hatte ich ein "Curanto" gegessen, welche eine Mischung aus Muscheln, Hähnchen, Rauchfleisch, Räucherwürstchen, Kartoffel und zwei verschiedene Knödel war.
