Salta - Cafayate

I left Salta very disappoindet. I booked one tour to th north and one to the south for the other day. First time they came I was in the shower, so I did not hear them nocking on my door and the second time I was allmost ready and told the lady that I am down in 3 or maybe 5 minutes, but they allready left when I arrived. So I missed the tour. They asked for another 150 Pesos if I do this tour the other day, but I refused and canceled all.

Ich hab mich stinksauer aus Salta verabschiedet. hatte 2 Tour´s gebucht, eine in den Norden und eine in den Süden. Als sie das erste mal kamen war ich wahrscheinlich unter der Dusche und konnte sie nicht hören,beim zweiten mal war ich fast fertig und sagte dass ich in 3 - 5 Minuten unten bin und als ich ankam, waren die bereits verschwunden. Für eine erneute Tour wollten die 150 Pesos , hab dies abgelehnt und alles storniert.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in Cafayate und obwohl dass Hostal sehr einfach ist, so ist es doch sauber und nicht teuer. Freundliche Familie

Salta

There are direct bus connections to Tarija, Villazon, Calama und San Pedro de Atacama.
I am staying at the Hostal "Las Marias" Lerma 255 for 150 Pesos.
It would be good if you have some more USD with you, cause the currency exchanche office give you a better change: 1 USD = 7.5 Pesos. The Bank´s only give you 5.04 Pesos, minus fees

Von Tarija, Villazon, Calama und San Pedro de Atacama gibt es eine direkte Busverbindung nach Salta. Ich wohne jetzt im Hostal "Las Marias" in der Lerma 255 für 150 Pesos. Wer Dollar mitbringt hat den Vorteil dass er in den Wechselstuben 7,50 Pesos pro Dollar auf die Hand bekommt. Bei der Bank sind es 5.04 Pesus, minus Gebuhren.

There is a direct busconnection between Tarija and Salta and between Salta and Tarija via Bermejo. The office is 2 blocks from main square "Dragon Rojo" is the Name and the fare is reasonable.
Es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung mit der Busgesellschaft "Dragon rojo" zwischen Tarija und Salta über Bermejo und wieder zurück. Das Büro ist 2 Block vom Hauptplatz entfernt und der Preis ist in Ordnung

The Bus leaves 3 o`Clock in the morning and arrives in Salta at noon. They trop you off at the hostal "Las Marias" if you don´t have any other hostal.
Der Bus fährt um 3 Uhr morgens los und kommt etwa um die Mittagszeit in Salta an. Er läßt euch am Hostal "Las Marias" raus, falls ihr noch kein anderes Hostal habt.
